3 Leg Workouts That You Must Try

Ok, now that it's out of the way onto your leg videos.
What I did here was pull 3 exercises that I think almost NO ONE is doing. And simply adding them into your workout is going to do wonders.
Why?
- For a few people this will be the first time they experience the exercise so you'll get results regardless
- For some people they will hit a range of motion they don't train in, that's how results happen
- For most people, it's just different.
Exercise #1: The overhead squat
Almost no one does this and why? It's money. Just start with bodyweight or a bar,whatever. Get nice and deep. 2 sets of 20 or so reps
Exercise #2: Drop lunges
Most people lunge but a drop lunge, now that hits your lower body in such a new way. Try these for 3 sets of 8 reps.
Exercise #3: Step Downs
It's just a new version of step ups but you maintain your top foot. 4 sets of 10 reps is more than enough.
